Neq6 and eyepiece location was created by AlexT
I brought my new neq6 out for a test run this evening and i had never thought about where the eyepiece would be turned to all the time until i turned it on at first
I remember from Astronomy Shed's videos that he had a system where he could easily turn the telescope to have the eyepiece back at a respectable angle. Has anybody else done or seen how this is done?
I'm using the tube from a Skywatcher 250 px so i guess the connections on the side for the dob mount will limit the movement i can do anyway. It might be an excuse for a new scope.

Kevin.

Hi AlexT

You can either build or buy rotating rings for the telescope. There are lots of how-to's on the web:
