Use your planetarium software to check out an attractive photo op low in the eastern sky that is well worth getting up/waiting up for on the morning of August 23rd @ 6am.

Moon, Jupiter, Venus conjunction, very nice.

The Helix nebula will be due south at around 2.00am, and NGC253, the Sculptor galaxy, will be due south at around 4.15am.

Already done John.

I hunted down all the stuff I
want to see that weekend on
Starry Night Pro 6, I've printed
em off and laminated em.
So all we need now is the clouds
to stay away.

Cheers Roy
