Ok Guy's and Gal's..

Hope everyone got home safe and sound..

That's It, the Skelligs Star Party has come to an end,
and what a weekend it was..

Where do I start? Maybe with a few mentions and thank yous.

1st to Stephen Kershaw(my beautiful assistant) for all his help
and for sponsoring the wonderful prizes for the table quiz, Cheers Mate.

To Dave Connolly for some of the best tasting sweets in a jar(hope the heads OK)

A big thank you to Seanie Morris and John Flannery for their
very interesting and informative talks, well done guys.

to Frida and the wonderful staff of the Skelligs Lodge
for their hospitality and giving all us crazy astronomer
the freedom of the lodge for the weekend.

To everybody who took time from their busy
schedules to make the very long journey
to the far south west..

And last but not least to Kevin Smith and his lovely wife
Liz aka: Jamie Oliver and Dehlia Smith for the BBQ
Friday evening,Saturday Morning and again Saturday evening #AllMyCaptainMorgansGone

So all that's left to say now is.... BRING ON NEXT YEAR

I really don't need to mention the night sky, the Pic's do that for me.

Cheers Roy

Clear really dark skies Friday night, 60,000 Gannets and a pod of Dolphins Saturday, loads juicy burgers courtesy Kevin all weekend and half bottle Captain Morgan's to wash it all down.
