Looks nasty Frank. :(

I had brought insect repellant with me in June as I normally get eaten by noseeums, however I didn't need it then as there didn't seem to be any activity there in June.

It's very simple Yannis. Ask Christina for those "Moon" photos (and I don't mean Lunar images)

I will speak with the lovely Christina and ensure that Concorde is brought back from retirement when she decides to come to Ireland.

Frank: That translator stuff is soo funny! Seriously if anyone is interested in learning greek I have done some research and have found an interactive course in conversational and written greek called 'Rosetta Stone'. I have read some very good reports about it. It is a bit expensive but, I guess it may be a case of 'You get what you pay for'. I've ordered a copy and am looking forward to spending some time with it. Even if it means that I have the slightest idea what our greek friends are talking about on astrovox, I will be happy.

Frank (again) : The is one nasty leg you got there mate. Hope it clears up soon.

Regards and Clear Skies,

Dave.

I have been watching this thread over the last few days with barely concealed envy, of your adventures in Greece......the only positive for me is that i'm probably too fat for that kind of weather and that picture of frank's legnch? ....."Frank I was having my lunch....please" .....anyway looked like a good time was had by all :D

 really, it's still swollen ??

Yip Third day off work
gone down a small bit but basically the same and still painful / throbbing.
I can't get a shoe on!
The antihistamines & antibiotics are making me totally drowsy
so I cant even work on the PC for long.

**Future foreign travelers beware**
if you have sweet blood then the midges are gonna chomp on you!
Take extra care in Russia coz it gets a whole lot worse there.
I'm considering vaccinations!

Well that has to be yet another first for this site Frank.
Are you sure a swarm of insects aren't going to go all alien on you with it.
I got one bite on my arm, hardly notable, lucky me!.
