I'm using Vista Ultimate on the new laptop - works fine so far... but then I haven't exactly taxed it yet with anything too difficult.
I'm setting up a Linux box for the bolide detection camera, so I'll be playing around with that to see what astro apps are out there for it.

PS - (and sorry for hijacking your poll, Dave) What astro software are people using and how do you find it? I've been using Cartes du Ciel for years now but am finding it too limited. I'm looking as TheSky6 Pro as it can integrate telescope and dome control with ease. Are there any other serious contenders out there?
