ladies and gents,
would like to thank the guys and gals for a very good cosmos this year. had a great time that even the bad weather and a power cut could not put a dampner on. some very interesting lectures.

Indeed ... I had an absolutely excellent time.
Well done to all in TAS who helped pull off yet another amazing Cosmos.

Many thanks for the kind words everyone.
Everyone in TAS indeed hopes all who made the journey had a great time, and would like to come again, having enjoyed the experience.
Of course, as always, we can learn to better it, but only if anyone has suggestions, or indeed, criticsms! I have no objections myself if anyone would like to PM me here with any comments about what we may take on board next year. I do know we will have more rounds for a table quiz again!
On behalf of Máire McKay, Gráinne Kirwan, Tom Walsh, Sean McKenna, Girvan McKay, myself, and TAS members for their input, it was a pleasure to host COSMOS once again, and look forward to it all again next year - scars and all!

Well done to TAS and the star party team for a very enjoyable starparty, we even got a bit of observing done, probabily a new country, record for wind speed at a starparty where observing was possible

Bloody hell it was windy and cold. I think the two of us deserve a prize for the "hardest astronomers of the weekend"!
