Anyone know where i can get an AUGUST finder chart for Comet C/2003 K4 (LINEAR) ??

try www.aerith.net/comet/catalog/2003K4/2003K4.html -- it's a page on a site run by Japanese comet observer Seiichi Yoshida and his main page is a must to bookmark. The predictions are updated regularly and he mentions that K4 is about a magnitude brighter than the ephemerides.

the BAA comet section page at www.ast.cam.ac.uk/~jds/ is also a very useful site.
