Hill of The Witch (Lough Crew) Perseid Night

The Lough Crew Megalithic Centre Hostel has been reserved for the night. Please reference Astro Camp if you want to book - there are 2 x 6 bed rooms, 1 x 4 bed room and a single double room along with camping and campervan sites.

There will be a few hours of dark skies after the moon sets and the opportunity to catch the milky way, sun set, moon set, perseids, sun rise.

The hostel is only 15-20 min walk from the top of the Cairns location with 360 degree views in a prime Meath dark sky location only 50 min from the M50.

Clear Skies

All, there are still camping spots and rooms available if anyone is interested. There will be a few people bringing children and staying the weekend with their scopes so there will be scopes in the camp site and the opportunity to walk to the top of the historic Cairns.
