Cosmos 2017 ? was created by JohnONeill

Hi,

I wonder is there any news about Cosmos 2017?

I could find no mention of it on the Midlands Astronomy Club website.

If we look above the line that says "Latest Topics from our Forums" is says that details of Cosmos 2017 are upcoming.

We plan to go at the end of March.

I trust we will not need Facebook to book for Cosmos 2017.

I do not use it.

Hi Folks,

I am not as involved in MAC this past year, but I'll add what I have on the subject of COSMOS!

You can get details from MAC's new COSMOS Star Party website (some bits are under development) here:

Here is the poster:

Hope to see you all there!

Excellent talks, great craic as always, Solar observing in the daytime, night time observing on the Saturday night - I stayed out of town so didn't join in with that but did some observing from my B&B on the Shannon south of Athlone - example photo attached!

Lovely weekend - well done to all involved!
