Sugarloaf tonight?

Hi All,

It appears there could be a meet-up taking place at the Sugarloaf tonight. Provided the weather cooperates the session begins at 8pm. Anyone interested in heading down if it does go ahead?

How about next Friday 17th September?
That is if it's clear. 
I won't mind a gibbous Moon. 

And my next carbon star in Cassiopeia is seriously faint.

Hello all.

It's not looking brilliant for Friday night I'm sorry to say. 
Just too much cloud is forecast. 
I haven't had a clear observing night since 27th August which was also a Friday. 

Last night (14/9/21} the skies were blissfully clear at 8pm. I had the scope fully set up.
But by 9pm 100% thick hazy conditions had arrived with a vengeance. 
I simply put everything away. 

It now seems as though these patterns are set to continue. 

Any thoughts?
