ifas 5 years old come this whirlpool was created by stepryan
ladies and gents,
i was just thinking that ifas will be about 5 years old after this years whirlpool as it was after the 99 wsp that about 10 of us had the first meeting to get the ball rolling. it has come along way since then giving us such things as arcturus and this great website. so i was wondering should we do something to mark it?

The Observing Certs Workgroup is working towards launching its programme's opening stages at Whirlpool. As there doesn't seem to be any other venture like this in Ireland, perhaps one could work off the other?

I have to say congrats to all who make the IFAS possible,
and hats off to our webmaster who maintains this excellent website.
I have to say that as first I was sorry to see then end of the email system, but I've changed colours and now prefer this web system by far.
I'm sure the observing certs will be a hit also.
