Anthony, Please just be quiet and get back to your knitting! Admit it, the real reason you didn;t make it to Parnonas was you had a sweater to finish!

Leon, I hope none of you guys need reminding that you need no invitation to come to see Ireland. Just let us know when you arrive and we'll be there to meet you:)

hey Leon,
Remembering that you mentioned that you really like clouds, especially when you're sitting in Athens in 40 degree heat and blue skies, I thought it might lighten up your day to see what we're getting here (5pm, 17 degrees C )

Michael O,
Next time in Novo on my hat will be the "Red Cross"

My 'nasa' baseball hat still has the blood stained
evidence of Mikes 'reef rash'!
I think I will not wash it and give it to him as a momento.

I'm glad I'm not taking these guys on a surf safari!
Dear Jeasus that would be just toooo much!

 :D

Frank, have you tried re-translating what you put up on the astrovox boards back to English using babelfish

Thats hilarious!
I did a translate from greek to english in both bable fish and
google and both are crazy!

Ah well,
at lest I tried.

Reminds me when I was living in France and out accents were
causing the natives some imbarrasment.

EG ALA 'Allo Allo'

''Hello, I was just pising by!''

Or the fact that my girlfriends second name was Grasan.
And phonetically I used to say
''grands seins''

!

 :D

It basically ment she was ahem 'well endowed'

Needless to say she asked me not to say her full name in pubic.

It's very simple Yannis. Ask Christina for those "Moon" photos (and I don't mean Lunar images) and I'm sure a first-class ticket will be winging it's way to you very quickly! :)
As for all the other 10.7million Greek people Frank invited over, I hope they all don't arrive at the same time or Frank better get cracking at building that extension onto his house! :)

Well Frank, with anyone else I'd guess they were making it up, but not yourself.
I still have 8 tiny spikes in my foot, I've grown attached to them as I didn't get any fridge magnets while in Greece, its nice to have some mementos. :)

Looks nasty Frank. :(

I had brought insect repellant with me in June as I normally get eaten by noseeums, however I didn't need it then as there didn't seem to be any activity there in June.

I will speak with the lovely Christina and ensure that Concorde is brought back from retirement when she decides to come to Ireland.

Frank: That translator stuff is soo funny! Seriously if anyone is interested in learning greek I have done some research and have found an interactive course in conversational and written greek called 'Rosetta Stone'. I have read some very good reports about it. It is a bit expensive but, I guess it may be a case of 'You get what you pay for'. I've ordered a copy and am looking forward to spending some time with it. Even if it means that I have the slightest idea what our greek friends are talking about on astrovox, I will be happy.

Frank (again) : The is one nasty leg you got there mate. Hope it clears up soon.
Regards and Clear Skies,

Dave.
