Hi folks, I am on the lookout for an equatorial mount to house my refractor which is 6kg, so anything that can handle 7-8kg would be find for me. A rough guide would be something similar to the skywatcher eq5 pro mount. This would be mainly for visual use.

Should any of you have something similar, please give me a shout.

Keith the mount is not motorised but you can get a dual axis motors for it .the mount is less than two years old and in immaculate condition.regards val
