Yes I did invent a new word, Hey guys so I'm getting my toes wet with this astronomy craic and would be gracious for any of your books that would be useful for a beginner, Im willing to go about a 5er a pop, or if you have any good recommendations fire them away to me ,

I've been told that the book "turn left at orion" is good for beginners. Currently I'm reading "Edge of the Universe" and it gives good information about space and uses basic examples to explain certain topics. Hope this reply wasn't too late, I'm a beginner too
