Did anybody have any success observing the Lyrids on the 22nd?
My girlfriend and I saw an amazing fireball on the 19th driving into Limerick City.
It came right through the clouds (which were quite low!) lighiting them up spectacularly.

I seen 17 meteors overall but only 9 of which where Lyrids. The best meteor of the night turned out to be an orange Sigma Leonid!

Great you seen a fireball....i am very jealous :D

coruscations attending the whole length of the luminosity, giving to the phenomena the aspect of a wrathful messenger, and not that of a tranquil body pursuing a harmless course..comet of 1680
