Hi,
Just plugged my timings into the vt2004.imcce.fr website.
Transit timings
1 - 5:20:31
2 - 5:38:56
3 - 11:05:10
4 - 11:24:10
Location:
37 53 35.7 N
15 18 30.8 E
My AU distance: 149460175 km
Actual AU dist : 149597870 km
It would be great if people can register with the above site and enter their timings so we can get a value of the AU from Irish Astronomers when folks fill out the survey/certificate
update: Looks like I was too busy lookng for the black drop effect to measure the 2nd contact accurately! it is way off compared to the other three results. So using only 1st, 3rd and 4th I got a value of 149559322 km
