I wonder if the solar cycle and the stock market are linked:

- The Sun is at it's quietest since early in the last century;
- Solar activity is showing some "green shoots" of recovery;

yea, looks like it's not the right time to invest in companies who make white light solar filters.

One might also question the marketing strategy behind Meade
buying out Coronado.
