cool, I'm not subscribed anymore but i'll pick up a copy.

Nice to see us getting a mention. I also sent the same message to another magazine here, along with an article, and a request to excahnge links on our websites, but have heard nothing back despite a couple of followup mails. So on the off chance that A&S ever mention us can someone please let me know?

Cheers,

don't hold your breath Al about a mention in A&S . . . I sent them info on COSMOS 2004 and the Whirlpool Star Party this year. Still not a dicky bird from the Northside.

I was talking to Sean Morris in Tullamore a couple of days ago and he also sent them info on the COSMOS event. Again, nay'er a mention anywhere in their mailing list mails or their mag.

I hate to say it, but A.I. "promoting the interests of Irish astronomers" me a**e :(

By the way, in that March issue, is there any mention of COSMOS? I emailed AN with all the info for it back in December, but never got a reply... and no newsagents stock AN in Tullamore so I can't check... :?

picked up AN yesterday.

I didnt mention the details of next years whirlpool in my note to them, so nice to see them going and researching that themselves (John Bell???!).

Now if only the web page was working :-)
