Where? Lighting seems to be getting a bit better around Dublin, but not too many FCO's.
I just noticed them recently outside the gym I go to, also a new Aldi store is being built nearby, all the light are full cut off.
I'll try and get a shot to show you the type...

The following text has been added to the plan.
In considering proposals for development, or when proposing to undertake
development, the Planning Authority will consider the potential for light pollution
and will seek to minimise its effectsâ€.
See page 87 of The Plan
While not as strong as I would of liked, it is in there and progress has been made!
