GReat images Conor .... the first one is definitely worth submitting to www.atoptics.co.uk/ or even APOD. The second one intrigues me .... we are obviously seeing some strange refraction/reflection effect but I can't figure out what. What are there two suns reflected in the lake!? Any one have any ideas?

Yea i did also notice that there was two sun reflections. I think it is because im so far away from where the sun first hits the water

Great images Conor. It seems the dense murk afftected the sun into that shape almost but not quite into a double or sub sun!

Wind blowing across the water creates an effect where the angle of the water is slightly different to the rest. Its like having 2 mirrors at different angles. The effect is exaggerated because of the distance.
