Hi all,
At the request of Al White I ahve created an online version of the form John Flannery would like any one who was lucky enough to see the fireball to fill in.

many thanks for creating the page for me. I forgot to add the bit that the CGI form would mail the American Meteor Society :oops:
hope to review all the reports today that David mailed me across to see if we do have a genuine fall somewhere in the West Clare region.
