Thanks eBay. was created by Bill_H
I've just taken delivery of a nice brand new shiney aluminium case containing 5 super plossel lenses, 1 2x barlow and 7 filters, all brand new for £101.00 bought on eBay.
Your not allowed to tell me I never got a bargain, cos' I'm over the moon with them, well I would be if the clouds cleared.

They are a set of Celestron made up of 32mm, 15mm, 9mm, 6mm and 4mm. The filters are also celestron orange, light blue, yellow, red, light green, green and a moon filter. The barlow is also celestron as is the case. Wasn't too sure about mixing Celestron with my nice Meade scope, but what the hell, I'm told the quality of Celestron lenses matches Meade lenses. I'm not that proud at that price
All I need to pick up there now is my illuminated reticule lense and nebula filters, which seldom seem to come up on eBay, then thats me kitted up fully - until I think of something else

Bill I have that set too. The eyepieces are great, perhaps the only downside is the short focal lenght ones are a bit short on the eye relief. I love my 32mm eyepiece definitely one that gets used the most.

I got this also last year - was on offer at adorama.com

www.adorama.com/CNAK.html?searchinfo=%20...20kit&item_no=19

for $104. Bargain. But add on the $40 for shipping and the £20 for customs it was more than expected - but still good value. Cost more then the scope i use them with. I certainly use them because they the only middlin decent lenses i got. The 32mm is most used - with the barlow although that not so PC i think.
Good price at £101 and good value.
I got the value from mine on a play with / trial / learn basis.
I got one or two other lenses since - anybody know a good source for bottles to hold them? Not expensive and easy to get ie not in usa.
Thanks
nosmo
