Settling legal arguments and putting the money into development is MUCH better than paying the lawyers. Especially if Microsoft give you a couple of billion too

It does look like Meade was slightly the victor...
For those who might be interested in the history between these 2 companies, I came across a page a number of years ago about the meade history with a bit of celestron history thrown in.
