I'd bet the resolution and low light level response is pretty poor.
Most CCTV cameras have poor light level responses unless they are specifically designed for low light levels, and most of those are IR cameras.
Did you see the battery pack on the same page, you can run your LX90/ LX200GPS/dew heater off something like that,
