I have been happily using the Sky Harbinger astro weather predictor since late December and have found it very useful and accurate. It seems to mimic regular weather forecasts with specific astro stuff like seeing clouds, Transperancy, Temp Humidity, Dew point and % moon. Its a free iPhone app from WWW.sibimon.net. Has anyone else got any experience with this package. Hopefully the screen dump works.

Funny how things change over time. I now even use SkySafari on my iPhone to plan my sessions using the many observing lists that are published. (Currently working through the H400), then check the weather on the phone and when I get out there, I control the mount also using SkySafari on the iPhone. And I thought I was not a phone type.....

I use AstroPanel for Android which is based on the 7Timer website. I would say nine times out of ten it is spot on. It still amazes me that a Chinese website in Shanghai can predict the weather better than the Bureau of Meterology (and local weather too).

The Skyharbinger app uses the 7 timer web site also. Looks like this id the IOs version then.

Astropanel is good. To try and actually gauge a forecast I use Mark Stronges site a lot www.stronge.org.uk/ he's handy links to just about every useful weather and atmospheric site there.
