Nice one Michael. I know I could be accused of doing it too much.....but I would be inclined to use some noise reduction on this. The better option (not always available in Dublin I know) is to give it more time to increase the SNR.

It does need some noise reduction, and work on the background, it's bit to purple for my liking.
I am hoping to get more S2 this evening so I can have another go.

I got a grand total of one 5 minute sub before the clouds rolled in

Such a shame Michael!
I had followed your thread today, and I was looking forward to seeing tonight's work...typical!
Clear skies,
Darren.

Seeing was truly awful, lads!
Even an hour after sunset (before 5 pm) Vega was shimmering all over the place at 112X. And Epsilon 1,2 Lyrae at the same power was one of the worst viewings I have ever experienced.
M57 the Ring Nebula looked reasonable at 6 pm at powers up to 167X.
There seemed to be quite a lot of high dense cloud about.
So maybe it was a better night for deep sky objects until the clouds moved in.
Kind regards,
Aubrey.
