IC 1318 - Sadr Region

Just this morning got this up on my web site - so can leave a link here now to a higher resolution image for anyone interested.

This was not supposed to be a completed image. I generally aim for plus or minus 20 hours for narrow band images but when I just had a look what less than 6½ hours gave me - I was so surprised that I put that initial 'play with the data' up on FaceBook. I have since got some good feedback on that "interim" image......and now decided to put it up in higher resolution on the web. I may yet try to add more data to it....but as is....it is still quite an interesting image.

I was delighted to see you've uploaded another image. I checked it on you website too, and my word the detail in it is amazing. As for the annotated image - goodness me! It goes to show how rich this area of the night sky is.

Thanks guys for the feedback. As a narrow band image - well the colours are never fixed......so if I add more time to this; who knows what the final image may look like. 

Looking forward to seeing it when it's done, but no rush Brendan because we have the existing image to admire.
