Hi all
I was looking for something to turn a computer screen red when imaging and came across this program that works really well.

The slider at the top of the screen allows you to adjust the brightness and how to switch back to a normal screen.

Another alternative would be to turn on the high contrast in windows 10 . Set everything to red and save it. You can then turn it on/off by pressing Shift + ALT and Print Screen key. You also have to adjust the screen brightness (which would also save your battery) , see the link below.
