Sent a PM , I also have an sxvm7C which had a problem with an USB connection and Terry sorted it out within a week. I actually posted a query on the starlight express yahoo user group a week ago and Terry had already been set up to sort out the problem. Do SBIG users have the same support? I bought the camera from a dealer but as usual when u have a problem Starlight Express will not ask you who sold you the equipment but will sort it out. The camera is amazingly good even with the problem I have but when Terry sorts it out ....?
