THe image is good in all respects (focus, tracking, colour etc)except the background looks a little too "noisy" on my monitor. Now, that could be a couple of things - real noise, my monitor or you've posted a low resolution image. I suspect the last item...
By the way, I have seen your other images and we know the quality of those.

Looks a lot like jpeg compression noise on my screen.
That aside its a superb image. Are the diffraction spikes real or photoshopped? (I think that might be what Seanie means by 'twinkle effect'!)

Flickr auto converts the image for you, but does it rather badly, I have found you'd end up with a better image by doing the conversion in photoshop yourself rather then letting flickr do it for you.
