Nova Cassiopeia 2021 was created by JohnONeill
Hi,
A nova in Cassiopeia, near M52. For details please see this AAVSO alert:
www.aavso.org/aavso-alert-notice-735
I have estimated it a few times since 19-20 March 2021. Last night (23-24 March) I estimated it as mag 7.8 in my Pronto (70 mm refractor).
It is best seen after dusk or before dawn.
John

Thanks for the post John, I'm trying to observe it since last week but the weather has been very poor where I am ;-(
