Book query was created by Jared Macphester
I am looking for:
Title: Dunsink Observatory, 1785-1985: A Bicentennial History
Author: P.A. Wayman ISBN: 0860270203
Neither ABE or Amazon have, as yet, been able to source.
Perhaps it is possible that someone here could help?

Have you tried amazon:
www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/086027.../026-0090671-9423601
Indeed I have. Its been approx 4 months. Last week they sent a 'failto to find' note (with an apology).
So the search continues.

The RDS will most likley have it in their archive.
They dont allow you to photocopy entire books, but seem willing to let you go in and study books. Officially you should be a member, or have a written application from another institution to get in. In practice they are happy to let you in once you explain why you want to see a particular book.
www.rds.ie/home/index.aspx?id=73 has the contact details.

if you are a member of the Irish Astronomical Society they have two copies of the book in their library for loan. I think it might be in the ILAC library as well.
