"The Right Stuff" is a great pre-history - over 3hrs long but worth every minute - oops, just saw that you have that one.
"Event Horizon" is a good bit of Sci-Fi Horror akin to the Alien films only a bit closer to home, and of course it has Joely Richardson in it so can't go far wrong

There is a a TV movie "Apollo 11" which is worth a watch, and a "Challenger" reconstruction which is worth a watch but is of course made with the benefit of hindsight.
"Deep Impact" and "Armageddon" of course

One DVD set you could get over the internet is "Earth to the Moon".
Its not a film but a 5 DVD 12 episode series based in the Apollo era, its not a documentary but in my opinion it is essential viewing for anyone remotely interested in Apollo. Gets a 5 stars rating from me !
I came out of the cinema after that one asking what the hell was that about ???
