We have absolutely NO evidence whatsoever to suggest there are other life forms out there. NONE WHATSOEVER!! Don't forget that guys.

NOR do we have ANY evidence whatsoever to suggest that there are NOT any other life forms out there......................NONE.

That much-maligned man did have a point - this debate is a classic "known unknown". :)

Anybody care to give an example of an "unknown unknown" - they're the ones that make my head hurt :P

I'd ask Donald.
I'm sure a man who made such an amount of money and gained such power could give us one small example.
I mean, it's not as if he'd be waffling, would it?

Well of course he was waffling!
But as waffles go, you have to admit it was a clever waffle.

I'll ask Don, as you suggest.

But of course if he gives me an example, it will immediately cease to be an "unknown unknown" and become just a plain ordinary "known unknown".

See? - that's why my head hurts.

I bet Don knows all about Heisenberg.

I wouldn't be certain about that!

I'm more concerned about the unknown known. Time to get worried when you dont know what you know.
