Finally arrived!!

Hello all,

After months of research and head scratching, I finally got my
first telescope. I ended up going with the
Celestron Omni XLT 120 which I received a good discount
when I got the Celestron 7 piece filter case with included
a nice 2" barlow.

Really can't wait to get out there! Thanks to everyone here
for their help and support, not to mention your patience.

Hi john. My first scope arrived last wednesday. I got a skywatcher 150p reflector. I was looking at the omni 120 but didnt have the cash for it. Astronomy ireland had a deal on the omni 150 but when i rang they didnt have any so i got the skywatcher from ace cameras in bristol. I found the mount a bit tricky but im getting used to it now also having problems with collimation. Let us know how your getting on it the future.
