The Sky in April

One of the things I often do at the Irish Astronomical Association is what we call the Warmup talk which is a general scoot around the sky before the main speaker takes the floor.

Of course we've cancelled our meeting for the rest of the season, so here's one I made at home! Only 9 minutes so hopefully entertaining and informative.

Enjoy!

Thank you very much for this most informative video, Paul.

Hopefully we might see Venus in the Pleiades in 4 to 5 days time.

Kind regards,

Aubrey.

Hi Paul,

Very many thanks for posting this video. I really enjoyed it, and you've brought so many interesting events to my attention.

It would great to observe one of those comets over the next couple of months, so your pointers of where to find them will be most helpful.

Clear skies,

Darren.
