Hi Gents, I usually follow the SOHO Observatory satellite Lasco C3 camera at this time of year to see our beautiful milkyway behind our sun. That image is a strange one.

You can also see an animation here to show our orbit around our sun, just pick the last two days as dates for example

AND, if you look closley at M24 above the sun ,there is a little comet

So maybe these are not meteors at all.

And I do see that little smudge of a comet also.
