Just to let you all know there is a streamer like apparition on the extreme northern horizon, nice and bright. Have a quick look if you can. Its changing rapidly.

I was keeping an eye out here in Cavan but didn't see anything .... mind you my northern horizon is quite obstructed so if there was something going on low down I wouldn't have seen it.

This was very closely hugging the northern horison, right on the edge.
It wasnt spectacular, but it was particularly bright and did fade quite rapidly.

This is a pick of what I saw right on the northern horison, the visual apperance of this one was alot brighter then what this pic illustrates,
