Hi folks,

I was working last night, and on my way home around 3am this morning, I pass through some of the darkest parts of the Midlands between Edenderry and Daingean, and saw probably the brightest Noctilucent Clouds display I have ever seen. Did anyone else spot it? All over the approaching dawn horizon up to about 15 degrees it was just shining with bands of light blue and silver. I wouldn't have thought the weather I am looking at now was possible after a completely clear pre-dawn sky like this was this morning.

Seanie,

The amount of times you have said you saw this, that or the other driving home late at night you would think that by now you would keep a camera in the car to share the experience with us all.

You'd think! :!:

The camera phone wasn't up to the task, so the few I had taken I deleted.

I saw them too at about 3.30. I took a photo of them even though they were mostly obscured by the Houses across the road. Basically, I was just too lazy to try and hunt out a more apt location at that time in the Morning (Bed Time!!)

They certainly looked very bright and prominent
