Captured a Sun Halo on Saturday 14/06/2008 about 4pm.

I'd say welldone on even seeing the sun at all given the recent weather.

Thanks for all the positive comments. I was out in the backyard doing some gardening when I looked up and saw the halo. I rushed in and grabbed my Canon digital camera and started snapping no special settings.
The halo was visible for about an hour and then faded.

I'm moving this thread to the atmospheric optics board since it gets very little traffic and these shots would really add to it.
