Avatar and User Control panel

Bart,
I tried updating my avatar. I deleted the old one as it was no longer appearing next to my post. I uploaded a new one in the proper folder. When I clicked on the pic to open it so as to get it's new url, I got the following error message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /user_resources/files/1077923587-m51.GIF on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I then tried to access the user control panel and got the following error:

ERROR: failed to connect to Data Base irishastronomy_org

OK, both those problems are now fixed but you will have to re-upload your image.
