About Polls

2 suggestions for polls:

1. Allow poll options to be added after the poll starts
2. Allow voting for multiple options

Poll options can be added/deleted/editted by the person who starts the poll at any time but not by anyone else. (you go back and edit the first message in the thread!)

As for voting for multiple options, that is not supported in PhpBB YET but I may add the option later when I get the more fundmanetal stuff working first.
