The Pleiades widefield was created by Tony
Hey,

Here is a widefield image of the Pleiades taken last week from rural skies in County Waterford. My first outing in 2 years, it was a steep learning experience again after such a break! Taken with a Skywatcher ED80, Canon 6D and NEQ6. 30 2min subs, really wish I had went longer to get the fainter stuff in the background........next time! Sure beats imaging from the Dublin area.

Great result. re the Crop: I had a look at the highest resolution on Flickr - beautiful!
