Spot on, Mike. Its seems we have a double -double in Delphinus also.

It reminds me to check out the only carbon star on tiny Delphinus -SAO 106516. It is 2 degrees north of Gamma Delphini. It is not listed in Burnham though.

It has been over 2 weeks since I had a clear night over Dublin -how sad!

STF2721 is also relatively easy; my notes are: golden star with a faint white (bluish?) companion, at the right angle of a triangle with a golden star and STF2272. The "golden star" is the A component of COU424 (WDS20448+1943), but the B is magnitude 13.2, so it is inconspicuous, to say the least. You are correct that STF2721 & STF2722 form a double double, though it is no match for the brighter and prettier Gamma Del & STF2725 double double.

Thanks for the heads up on that carbon star - I've added it to my list now.
