10th anniversary of SETI@home was created by John37309
17th of May 2009 is the 10th anniversary of SETI@home,
the largest computation in human history.
10 million people from around the world have participated in the SETI@home project over the last 10 years. Approximately 40,000 of those participants have been Irish.
Come and get involved and use your computer to help search for other Intelligent life in the Universe. Crunching radio telescope data from the Arecibo radio telescope in Puerto Rico on your computer.
