So who's observing tonight? was created by Keith g
Well, finally the air has cleared a lot, and the forcast is for clear skies for most of us tonight(except the southwest) sorry guys :(

Are any of you going obseving / photographing tonight, the short night are killing me : cheer: Really looking froward to it.

Not me anyway. My scope didn't fall off a wall but the rest of the Humpty Dumpty nursery rhyme applies :D
Hopefully I'll have finished my mods and have put it back together by the 2010 observing season!! :D

Real life just keeps getting in the way :D

Enjoy yourselves tonight. I hope at the very least the sky is dark blue :D

Sorry to hear that. The sky was dark blue alright, but still very bright, but that big 'ol moon was very nice to look at low in the south tonight. Otherwise just going around with the binoculars as it was too bright for deep sky stuff.

I did catch the milkyway at about 1-1.30am which was a nice sight, and saw that Jupiter is now back just at midnight.
