Yea, should do.
IIRC, the 16" SCT + parallax rings + camera is approx. 45kg.
Add approx 40kg for counterweights and you should be ok.
As for hyperstar, I personally wouldn't bother going that route.
Really intended for the very small chip cameras of yesteryear IMHO.

As for the G53, i would think that was instrument capacity?
This is where it gets confusing between different manufacturers.

Both sites quoted "load capacity" so I've e mailed Lucas Mesu for clarification. Will let you know when he gets back to me.

Got the following e mail back from Lucas:

Load capacity does not including the counter weights.
The 100 kg was tested and the mount met his specifications with that load.
It's not a limit with a strict border before everything goes wrong.
Your setup is a dynamic system and the behavior of that system will change when the mass is changing.
Not only the mass but also how the mass is placed.
For example a long tube gives another response on a distortion than a short one with the same mass.
Most use this mount with less than 50 kg telescopes.
