Nov/Dec 2003 Arcturus now uploaded to Files section

hi everyone,

I've finally got organised and have uploaded the Nov/Dec 2003 edition of Arcturus to the files section of this site.

anyone planning contributions for the Jan/Feb 2004 copy MUST have them to me or David Bell by 1st December -- I'm going to be heavily involved in end-of-year for the normal job so won't have much time to put stuff together last minute.

I've uploaded the earlier issues of Arcturus to the "Files" section now as well. Just need to get the July/August issue off the PC at home. There was no edition for Sept/Oct 2003.

I will create a separate folder for Arcturus issues and move all the files into that so that they are easier to find.
