South Dublin AS Pre Eclipse Get together

We are organising a pre eclipse get together for anyone travelling to see the Eclipse at the end of March.

The date we have set aside is the second Thursday of March namely the 9th March in Gonzaga at 8.00 pm. This is an extra meeting and our planned meeting for the 2nd goes ahead as planned.

We have a number of speakers (almost) set up and subject to final confirmation the night will be as follows:

-- Brian Seales (Ecliptomaniacs) . . . the eclipse experience

-- Dave Grennan (SDAS) . . . eclipse 2006: viewing and eclipse safety

-- John O'Neill (IAS) . . . eclipse photography

-- A.N. Other . . . the Turkey trip . . . and discussion . . .

-- Close the meeting with a video and quiz with John F's usual catering (7 Up and Mars Bars). :roll:
