IFAS AGM Saturday April 5th at Shamrock Lodge Hotel, Athlone

Dear IFAS Club Reps,

Don't forget that the IFAS Annual General Meeting takes place each year at the COSMOS Star Party. This year, the date of the AGM is Saturday April 5th in the Shamrock Lodge Hotel in Athlone.

We would appreciate of Club Reps can let us know:

1. If they will attend, or someone from their club instead in their absence, and
2. Any issues they would like added to the agenda.

Please let the IFAS Secretary Albert White know your answers.

Thanks to the IAS and IAA for getting in touch to say they will be there

If any other reps are planning on attending please let me know - so we can make sure there are enough chairs!.

If you have any issues you would like raised please get in touch - so we can have the other reps briefed in advance of the meeting.

Under the normal business we have the posts of Chairperson (currently Seanie Morris), Vice-Chairperson (currently Deirdre Kelleghan), Secretary (currently Albert White) and Treasurer (currently Bernie Blaney) up for election. Nominations can be received until the start of the meeting, but if you are planning on running please let me know in advance of that so that we can circulate a short bio to the other council members.
